- Project: Brandywine Suites Hotel
- Size: 14 Suites, 1 Ballroom, 4 Meeting Rooms, 1 Restaurant, and Fitness Center
- Scope of Work: The design challenges for the Clarion Collection® Brandywine Suites renovation included extensive façade restoration and renovations which involved multiple governing agency reviews and historical commissioning, selective renovation of the restaurant, and the complete renovation and addition of a new lobby and porte-cochere. In an effort to create a high performance building that contributes positively to the experience of travel, lodging and entertainment, an energy audit and report was also developed.
