Philip R. Conte, AIA, NCARB Project Manager/Project Architect Phil's responsibilities include programming, planning, design, specification, and construction administration, and serving as the lead liaison between the owner and Project Team.

Phil is a member of the Delaware County Code Appeals Board and actively volunteers his time and experience to community and social organizations in need of professional advice regarding planning, design and building construction. He is also committed to mentoring school students interested in architecture through the Junior Achievement of Delaware Job Shadowing Program.

Phil is a graduate of Temple University where he received his Bachelor of Architecture degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude, along with receiving the Senior Thesis Award and being named the class valedictorian.
